Declaration of Condominium Bylaws
  • What are my voting rights in the condominium association
    The voting rights of the Owner of each unit shall be 1/112th (one voting interest per unit) The sharing of Common Expenses and Owndership of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall be on a 1/112th basis.
  • What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
    No person other than the Unit Owner and their immediate family (owner's spouse, domestic partner, children and spouses of children) may permanently occupy a unit unless occupancy has been approved by the Board of Directors. Unit Owners are expected to read and comply with the Rules & Regulations of Tala Lake Association set forth by the Board of Directors.
  • What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
    An application is available that an Owner must use to apply to the Board of Directors for approval of a tenancy. Such written notice must include a copy of the contract and names of all proposed individuals who will occupy the premises. No rentals shall be for less than 30 days or longer than 6 months. Leases may be renewed, subject to Board approval. Tenants are not allowed to have pets.
  • How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?
    The annual shares of the unit owners common expenses are $235.00 each month and become due on the first of every month. Updated as of the 2015 annual budget
